Built In Kitchen Cabinets Designs Duxberry

Built in 1805, the “Snow Magoun” house is a Duxbury Village landmark. The first home of “The Studio of Duxbury”, this 4 bedroom Colonial retains all the charm of yesteryear, yet has been updated over time with modern comforts. There are wide, pine floors throughout, and many of the rooms have chair rails, wainscoting, built-in cabinets and shelving and working fireplaces. The kitchen has been updated – with stainless steel appliances, solid countertops, two peninsulas and a bright, sunny eating area that opens to the patio below. The rambling first floor also has a generously-sized family room, double living room, formal dining room, home office, den and laundry room with bench seating and storage. Upstairs are four large bedrooms, including the master suite with double closets, dressing area and full bath. The attached barn can house one car, and has a loft above that was used as an artist’s studio. Set on .38 level acres on the corner of a quiet lane with a small beach at the end.
