The apartments SOFIA and ROSA have the same layout and very similar furniture. The prices are also the same. Therefore only one video. SOFIA is located on the first floor with pool view, while ROSA is located on the 4th floor with sea views from the balcony. They consist of 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms of which one is en-suite to the master bedroom. The lounge features a balcony, a dining area and large built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is semi-open and has a spacious utility room as well as a breakfast bar. All floors are of light marble. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and hot/cold air conditioning in all other rooms. Further features include entry-intercom, alarm system, under ground parking and elevator. The apartments are available for long or short term rental.
